Site Continuous Improvement Leader - Aerospace Manufacturing

As the Site Continuous Improvement Leader at Seyer Industries, you will make a difference! We are looking for a Site Continuous Improvement Leader to understand critical business needs, interpret technical information, and develop solutions driving improved business performance utilizing CI tools such as 5S, Gemba Walks, KPI's, RCCA's, VSM, DMAIC, and Kaizen cross-functional process improvement events.

NOT INTO WORKING 9 TO 5?

In addition to the standard 8 hours per day, five days a week, we offer a 9/80 work schedule where you work 9 hours per day and have every other Friday off.
