NTERESTED IN LEARNING MORE ABOUT THE JOB?

Duties:

• Responsible for identifying, pre-planning, and completing first article inspection reports in accordance with AS9102 and customer-specific requirements.
• Review and interpret customer PO, engineering, and other technical data to ensure first article planning captures all required information.
• Review internal manufacturing planning prior to production to ensure customer-specific engineering requirements are captured and planned for appropriately.
• Assist with inspection tool calibration process to ensure timely recall of all inspection tools and equipment.
• Support the Corrective Action Board and facilitate Root Cause Corrective Action activities as assigned.
• Support the NCR process and submit nonconforming product tags to customer Material Review Board for disposition as assigned.
• Assist Quality Control, Nondestructive Testing, Final Inspection, Production, and other key areas with special projects as assigned.
• Maintain excellent communications and working relationships with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Nondestructive Testing, Final Inspection, and Production.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of Seyer's Quality Management System in alignment with aerospace industry standards (AS9100)
• Conform to Seyer Industries Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, policies, and procedures.
