Duties:

• Service Mist Busters
• Vacuum/clean top of machines
• Complete electrical cabinet checks
• Remove way covers and vacuum/clean chips as needed
• Change all oils on all systems of the machine
• Change/clean all filters on the machine
• Clean coolant system
• Assist Lead with performing all accuracy tests such as Ball Bar Testing, Square Test, Clamp Force Test, Kinematics, etc.
• Vacuum/clean inside ATC area and inside rear of the machine as needed
• General cleaning/wiping down the entire machine
• Final mop around entire machine area, clean all floor mats
• Remove all tools, mops, signs, etc. from the machine area
• Complete pre-release checklist, visually confirming each item on the list.
• Work directly with the Lead whenever possible to learn all aspects of the PM process.
• Support General Maintenance crew when possible/when needed.
