We are looking for an NCR Coordinator to join our team!

Duties:

• Collaborate with Production to document and classify nonconformances accurately, including detailed information on the nature of the nonconformance, location, and severity.
• Responsible for ensuring nonconformance documentation is processed through internal NCR workflow processes as timely as possible.
• Lead or participate in investigations to determine root causes of nonconformances and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a centralized system for tracking and managing NCRs and generate regular reports on NCR status, trends, and effectiveness of correction actions for management review.
• Responsible for providing training and educational support to employees on NCR processes and procedures, including the importance of accurate reporting of nonconformances.
• Work with Accounting/Finance to ensure quality costs are tracked and allocated correctly. Monitor and analyze quality costs to identify trends.
• Assist Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Nondestructive Testing, Final Inspection, Production, and other key areas with special projects as assigned.
• Maintain excellent communications and working relationships with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Nondestructive Testing, Final Inspection, and Production.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of Seyer's Quality Management System in alignment with aerospace industry standards (AS9100)
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and conform to Seyer Industries Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, policies, and procedures.
