We are looking for an Maintenance Manager to join our team!

Founded in 1957, Seyer Industries is a small business located in St. Peters, Missouri, specializing in high-complexity machined parts and assemblies for the aerospace and maritime industries. Seyer is a turnkey supplier with extensive capabilities, including CNC machining, design engineering, mechanical assembly, chemical processing, painting, kitting, welding, and NADCAP-certified penetrant and magnetic particle inspection. Principle Responsibilities:
- Determines and maintains the proper levels of personnel, procedures and systems. The Maintenance Manager will direct and oversee the Equipment and Facility Maintenance operations of Seyer Industries.
- Hire and train personnel in the Maintenance areas that optimizes quality and productivity.
- Responsible for Maintenance department budgets.
- Supports the SCIL to achieve 6S program goals. Applies proper Lean and Continuous Improvement techniques and supports the company's Lean Initiatives to promote optimal production flow and reduced lead times.
- Works with upstream and downstream supervisors to assure quality and throughput are aligned with company goals.
- Prepares reports for the Director of Operations such as Preventative maintenance plans/performance, cost measurements, and human resource plans.
- Use the total resource approach to maintaining optimal productivity by using proper planning, machine, materials, methods, and human resources.
- Works with Manufacturing Planning and Quality to develop any customer specific maintenance plans and/or procedures.
- Works with Director of Operations to develop/execute capital equipment and facility expansion plans.
- Develops strategic relationships with outside vendors to support equipment and facility maintenance. Example: Machine tool builders, Oil and lube, metal recycling, trash, HVAC, Electrical, Fork Truck, Landscaping, etc.
Conform to all requirements of Seyer Industries Quality System and any and all customer-invoked quality requirements (AS9100, for example).

Requirements
