CNC Programmer - Aerospace Manufacturing

CNC Machinists make up over 25% of our total workforce and 56% of our direct labor production workforce at Seyer Industries. Needless to say, CNC machining is significant to our success, and as a CNC Programmer at Seyer Industries, you will make a difference! We are looking for CNC Programmers to determine the most efficient method of machining using efficient tool paths, techniques, and tooling. This role makes a huge difference in the productivity and efficiency of our machining function by writing clear and thorough setup instructions on tool lists and setup sketches and verifying all programs written using Vericut to review for completeness and obvious errors (wrong geometry, tool crashes, etc.).

NOT INTO WORKING 9 TO 5?

We have a work shift and schedule for you! Our 1st shift offers four work schedules with flexible start/end times. Work 8-hour days five days a week, 10-hour days four days a week (Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday), or 9-hour days four days a week and a half-day on Friday.

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?

We are looking for someone who has the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions and deal with interruptions while completing work with deadlines.
