Accounting/Business Intern - Summer 2024

We are looking for an intern to assist in our Accounting and Purchasing Departments for the summer of 2024.

Job Duties:

• Assist with customer statements and accounts receivable invoices
• Provide administrative support to the accounting and purchasing teams
• Participate in various projects under the direction of the Accounting Manager
• Update supplier information under the direction of the Purchasing Manager
• Assist with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of general accounting including the application of general accounting theory.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Working towards an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
